Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of warehouse operations and inventory management leadership experience.
• Experience managing a decentralized inventory network including manufacturing hubs and launch sites.
• Proficient in managing age-sensitive materials like composites and epoxies.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of the Main Manufacturing Warehouse and Launch Warehouse Locations.
• Lead multi-shift warehouse managers and material handlers focusing on safety culture.
• Control components via serialization, batch tracking, and ITAR compliance.
