AST SpaceMobile is seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, material transactions, and inventory control operations supporting satellite manufacturing and warehouse activities. This position is responsible for ensuring inventory integrity, maintaining accurate ERP records, supporting production readiness, and leading a team of inventory professionals in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. The Inventory Control Supervisor will collaborate closely with Planning, Production Control, Receiving, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to ensure uninterrupted material flow and inventory accuracy.
5+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, warehouse operations, manufacturing operations, or logistics.
2+ years of leadership experience managing inventory control, inventory planning, warehouse inventory, or supply chain teams.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Experience working within aerospace, satellite manufacturing, automotive, electronics, defense, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing environments.
Experience managing inventory to include high-value, serialized, and lot-controlled components.
Experience supporting lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement initiatives.
