Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a data analytics lead embedded with Sentry Manufacturing and Supply Chain to own the analytics footprint from data pipelines to dashboards.

You will partner with the Head of Production and cross-functional teams to translate operational questions into durable data products and actionable insights for build status, inventory, supplier performance, yield, and capacity utilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 2+ years of analytics, operations engineering, data engineering, or software engineering experience.
• Experience building business-facing dashboards and visualizations with Palantir Foundry, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Streamlit.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, R, TypeScript, or similar for analysis and automation.
• Ability to translate complex data problems for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing and Supply Chain analytics footprint end-to-end.
• Lead data products supporting production planning, purchasing, inventory, capacity, quality, and supplier management.
• Collaborate with Head of Production to shape analytics roadmap.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and analytical systems.
• Design workflows ingesting data from ERP, MRP, MES, PLM, inventory, and quality systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for production decisions.
• Create data products from ad hoc analysis to scalable dashboards and trackers.
• Own product lifecycle of analytics tools as architect, designer, builder.
• Bridge technical and operational needs with practical data solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes in operational systems.
• Drive inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and demand/supply gap analysis.
