Job summary

Premier Aerospace Group NY LLC is actively seeking an experienced CNC machinist to operate multi-axis Integrex systems and produce aerospace components to tight tolerances. You will set up tooling, verify toolpaths, and run live-tooling operations from engineering prints to inspection.

Strong problem-solving and meticulous documentation are essential for high quality and throughput. The role requires hands-on experience with Mazak Integrex or equivalent, G-code and Mazatrol proficiency, and

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Mazak Integrex or a comparable mill/turn platform.
Proficiency with G-code and Mazatrol.
Ability to program and set up CNC machines from engineering prints and instructions.
Proficiency running live-tooling CNC lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Responsibilities

Program and operate multi-tasking Integrex machines to deliver tight-tolerance aerospace parts.
Blend turning and milling operations to reduce setups and improve quality.
Read prints and make smart adjustments in G-code or Mazatrol; collaborate with inspection.
Manage tools, offsets, and documentation to keep accuracy and throughput.
