Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking two Integration Specialists to join the Fury production line at Arsenal. You will be the line’s first responder for build errors, owning resolution end-to-end from assessment through rework and quality buyoff.

Review drawings, create NCRs, and draft corrective instructions for ME approval while supporting standard work and continuous improvement on the floor. You will work hands-on with operations, covering stations, executing builds, and collaborating with

Qualifications

• Strong blueprint reading and ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD data.
• Hands-on experience with nonconformance processes, rework execution, and quality inspections.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot build issues on the floor and drive them to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Perform Fury build operations per work order and standard work with consistent quality and pace.
• Cover stations during absences and maintain qualification on supported stations.
• Own the rework/disposition loop end to end—from NCR creation to ME approval and final quality buyoff.
