Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting‑edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
Our team is building and scaling production of next‑generation autonomous air vehicles at Arsenal. We own the full integration line, from subassembly through final acceptance testing, and are ramping from early production into rate. The team works hand‑in‑hand with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and MRB to solve problems on the floor and get units out the door.
We are looking for two Integration Specialists to join the Fury production line at Arsenal, one per shift. In this role, you will be the line's first responder when a build error or nonconformance occurs, owning the resolution end to end from assessment through rework and quality buyoff. You will review drawings, create NCRs, redline corrective work instructions into Forge, and hand units back ready to build. Beyond problem resolution, you will drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, improving workstation layouts, and translating floor knowledge into standard work. This is not a desk job, you remain a working technician on the line, performing assigned build operations and covering stations alongside your team. If you thrive on solving problems at the point of work, can move between a drawing and a tool without missing a beat, and want to shape how a new production line runs, this role is for you.
$74,000—$99,000 USD
