Job summary

Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar in Monroe, WA is seeking an Inspector at level 1–3 to verify machined parts, sheet metal, and outside processing against drawings and specs. The role uses standard inspection tools and requires attention to detail and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities include interpreting aerospace drawings, recording results, performing nondestructive testing, and ensuring conformance with AS9102 FAI requirements while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years hands-on inspection in a regulated industry.
• Two years of recent aerospace inspection experience preferred.
• Passing score on Advanced Level Engineering Drawings Test.
• Passing score on Fluent GD&T test.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/tech courses encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets aerospace manufacturing drawings, tolerances, and customer specifications.
• Compares product to drawings using standard inspection tools to accept or reject items.
• Documents acceptance/rejection in the MRP system and completes related paperwork.
• Performs Rockwell and Eddy Current testing for product acceptance.
• Adheres to AS9102 and company safety guidelines; completes FAI where required.
