Job summary

Freudenberg Group in the United States is seeking a proactive sales support specialist to serve as the primary contact for aerospace customers throughout the sales process, from inquiry to order.

You will coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and other teams, prepare quotations and commercial docs, maintain accurate data in CRM/ERP, and assist with pricing agreements and logistics documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, industrial sales support, or customer service.
• Hands-on experience using CRM, ERP and business management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for aerospace customers throughout the sales process.
• Manage inquiry-to-order workflow from initial contact to order placement.
• Prepare and maintain customer quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial documentation.
