Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related degree from accredited program
• 7 years of applicable experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management tools

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion
• Establish project teams, coordinate multiple disciplines, optimize staff utilization
• Manage all aspects of project communications
• Lead RFP development, bid and scope of work documents
• Develop and monitor schedules, manage scope and control costs
• Serve as primary client contact on coordination, budgeting, subcontracting and staffing
• Manage review, negotiation, approval and execution of contracts and change orders
• Lead internal and external project risk reviews with Risk Department
• Provide input on project cost forecasts and accruals for leadership
• Oversee project controls including cost reporting and scheduling
• Monitor progress and guide corrective actions to achieve schedules and profitability
• Responsible for contract closeout and new business development
• Adhere to safety programs and promote health and safety on site
• Participate in industry conferences and mentor staff
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and compliance with policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
