Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and actively enrolled through the internship or co-op period.
• Strong background in root cause analysis.
• Experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes, including equipment, floor layouts, work sequences, work instructions, procedures, and workflow.
• Conduct studies on cost control, productivity, cost reduction, inventory, and production record systems.
• Review products and processes for quality, safety, and producibility risks, and collaborate with design teams to incorporate changes that eliminate these risks.
• Design and 3D print fixtures and tooling to support process improvements.
• Independently resolve complex and challenging problems.
• Develop tactical plans to address day-to-day challenges.
