Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar field and enrolled through the internship/co-op session.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing processes, including equipment, floor layouts, work sequences, work instructions, procedures, and workflow.
• Conduct studies on cost control, productivity, cost reduction, inventory, and production record systems.
• Review products and processes for quality, safety, and producibility risks and collaborate with design teams to mitigate them.
• Design and 3D print fixtures and tooling to support process improvements.
• Independently resolve complex problems and develop tactical day-to-day plans.
