Job summary

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering through internship/co-op.
Experience will CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, Fusion 360 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday–Friday co-op session from January to August.
Work directly with manufacturing floor personnel to solve day-to-day issues and support longer-term projects.
Design tooling to aid manufacturing processes, using 3D printing to support production needs.
Assist in analyzing layout, flow, build, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of electronic or electro-mechanical devices.
Help plan resource, material, and personnel allocation to maximize equipment utilization.
Conduct studies focused on cost control, productivity improvement, and inventory/production record systems.
