Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5+ years ID/OD grinding experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with standard inspection equipment.
• Familiar with Toyoda, Okamoto, Kellenberger grinders.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate grinders to produce high-precision aerospace components on ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
• Grind angles, contours, lines, and spheres as per specifications.
• Complete inspection paperwork, SPC, and travelers.
• Maintain tight tolerances of .0002"–.0005" while staying productive.
• Operate two machines and communicate process improvements.
