Job summary

ELANTAS is seeking a New Business Development Manager to drive new markets, customers, and applications in Aerospace within the Engineering Materials Business Line. You will perform market research, shape growth strategy, and coordinate with R&D and technical teams to commercialize opportunities across North America.

The role requires deep aerospace knowledge, proven new-business wins in a technical arena, and the ability to build strategic collaborations with customers and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field as listed.
• 7–10+ years in aerospace, with market-building experience.
• Proven ability to win new business in a technical environment.
• Experience with R&D, technical service and manufacturing stakeholders.
• Knowledge of resin systems and fiber-based composites for aerospace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand aerospace market segments and opportunities.
• Lead the aerospace growth strategy in North America based on global plans.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to build markets and gather intelligence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service and R&D to define projects and value propositions.
• Coordinate customer visits, support product approvals and launches.
