Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating or setting up CNC lathes.
• Blueprint reading and proficiency with precision measurement tools.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience in a production machining setting.
• Familiarity with CNC controls (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Set up and/or operate CNC lathes to produce precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and follow work instructions to the letter.
• Execute tool changes, apply offsets, and complete basic machine adjustments.
• Inspect parts with precision hand metrology and maintain production standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
