Job summary

Sourcing HR Solutions seeks a CNC Lathe Operator for an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision metal parts, interpret blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight quality standards.

Work with the production team to optimize workflow, document production records, and participate in routine maintenance. Ideal candidates have 1+ year CNC lathe experience, knowledge of maintenance procedures, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

1+ years of CNC machining experience.
Experience operating CNC lathe machines.
Knowledge of machine maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality.
Monitor machines during operation for proper functioning and quality assurance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC lathe equipment.
Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with dimensional and quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.
