Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company (EBAD) is seeking a Government Property Administrator to own the government and customer property lifecycle, ensuring compliance with FAR and contract requirements. You will collaborate across contracts, supply chain, finance, engineering, and QA to build scalable, audit-ready property processes and deliver training for program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, contract management, or related field.
• 3+ years in government property administration, asset management, inventory control, or related compliance.
• Experience with FAR Part 45 and FAR 52.245-1 and PMSA/audits preferred.
• Ability to translate contractual/regulatory requirements into clear procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Administer government and customer property management in line with contracts and FAR.
• Review contracts and clauses to identify ownership, reporting, and disposition requirements.
• Maintain and improve property management plan, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinate full property lifecycle from acquisition to disposition.
• Maintain accurate property records including ownership, location, and history.
• Plan physical inventories, reconcile results, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare property reports and support audits with objective evidence.
• Lead corrective actions from internal reviews and customer audits.
