Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace Group seeks a General Manager for the Fuels division, based in the United States with 50% travel and relocation options. You will lead strategy, execution, and lifecycle support across OEM and aftermarket, driving growth and profitability in a complex, global business.

The role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in matrixed organizations, and the ability to expand installed base while delivering industry-leading customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading global businesses.
• Strong strategic planning capability and growth experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA preferred.
• Experience leading complex, matrixed organizations across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead FMC's global Fuels business unit strategy, performance, and growth.
• Develop multi-year product and services roadmap reflecting market needs.
• Drive inorganic growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with FMC and Aerospace leadership on investment priorities.
• Oversee manufacturing, service, and lifecycle support across OEM and aftermarket.
• Deliver superior customer satisfaction and profitability.
