Pursuit Aerospace in Whitesboro, NY is seeking a Forge Operator to support forge operations and quality procedures. You will work from blueprints, set up die sets, heat and forge parts, and collaborate with a small crew.

The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and problem-solving skills. Heat management, safety discipline, and the ability to read tooling layouts are essential.

Responsabilités

• Set up die sets from blueprints and tooling layouts, adjust strokes and clearances
• Maintain furnace heat and adjust induction unit controls
• Operate forge process: heat, forge, trim parts, and inspect quality
• Lead crew when required and coordinate with teammates
• Ensure dimensional accuracy and check for forging defects
• Handle heavy tooling safely and assist moving large containers
• Follow safety protocols and lubrication procedures for dies
