Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines Material Solutions is seeking a 30K Forecasting and Demand Planning Manager to lead part forecasting for assigned engine modules and ensure accurate material requirements for MRO plans. The role partners with Engineering and cross-functional teams to stay aligned with program priorities and drives process improvements.

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, SAP experience, and the ability to collaborate across leadership levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; Or Advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
• Experience analyzing large data sets to support accurate materials forecasts.
• Experience with forecasting, planning and SAP-based materials management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate material forecasts for all parts within assigned 30K engine modules to ensure alignment with MRO plans.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners to align forecasts with program directives and engine updates.
• Execute daily forecasting and part-management activities to maintain readiness.
• Develop and improve standard work to standardize forecasting processes across the team.
• Support status updates, metrics and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the forecasting organization.
• Travel less than 10%; must have or obtain a valid U.S. passport.
