Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a 30K Forecasting and Demand Planning Manager in an onsite role at East Hartford, CT. You will lead part forecasting for 30K engine modules and ensure accurate material requirements signals to support MRO plans.

The role requires strong data-analysis capability, SAP MM experience, and collaboration across engineering and leadership levels. Travel is <10% and U.S. passport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; Or Advanced degree and 5 years of experience.
• Experience analyzing large and complex data sets for forecasting and materials planning.
• Experience with SAP MM and document flow.
• Forecasting and long‑term planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate material forecasts for all parts within assigned 30K engine modules.
• Collaborate with Engineering and cross‑functional partners to align forecasts with program directives.
• Execute daily forecasting and part management activities for readiness.
• Develop and maintain standard work to improve forecasting processes.
• Support status updates and executive leadership recommendations.
