Job summary

Pratt & Whitney at RTX is seeking a professional to plan and schedule engines and modules, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and production schedules. You will load engine data into SAP, maintain configuration accuracy, and monitor WIP levels across multiple teams.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or Bachelor’s with relevant experience, strong ERP/SAP skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced MRO environment. U.S. citizenship is required for access to the program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, OR Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR Associate’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Background check required. Must pass criminal history check and drug screening for base access.
• U.S. citizenship required due to program/contract access requirements.
• Proficient with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred; knowledge of configuration control and validation of maintenance levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily planning and scheduling of engines and modules aligned with production schedules and customer requirements.
• Load customer engine data into SAP and maintain configuration accuracy.
• Plan inductions, manage WIP levels, and update production status boards and communication tools.
• Monitor metrics, identify schedule risks, and communicate impacts to operations, materials, and quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication at shop-floor level and with partner schedulers.
