Job summary

RTX in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking an engineer passionate about flight control products to join a team of talented hardware developers. You will work on design, verification and support for flight control systems used in major commercial and business aircraft.

You will learn from experienced engineers, contribute to new product designs, troubleshoot boards and modules, and provide factory support for production issues, with onsite collaboration and a clear path to growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field.
• Experience with analog and high-speed digital circuits.
• Experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers; troubleshooting analog and digital circuitry.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with experienced hardware engineers in design, verification and support of flight control products.
• Create and review new product design and associated documentation for new programs.
• Troubleshoot electronic circuit boards, sub-assemblies and modules.
• Provide factory support in troubleshooting production problems.
