Atlas seeks a skilled deburr technician to finish aerospace parts by removing burrs, edges, and flash to meet strict dimensional and surface finish standards. You will use hand and power tools, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, and keep detailed records in a clean, safe workspace.

Requirements include a GED or HS Diploma, 2+ years deburr experience, and the ability to read drawings and follow customer specifications. Atlas offers a hands-on role in a precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read customer provided drawings.
• Proficiency with customer furnished specifications.
• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Familiarity with deburring and finishing tools and materials.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments.

Responsabilités

• Use hand tools and power tools to remove burrs, sharp edges, and defects.
• Wash, clean, and prepare parts after deburring to meet requirements.
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy and surface finish using calipers, micrometers, and other tools.
• Maintain production logs, inspection records, and traceability as required.
• Keep tools and workspace safe and organized per 5S/lean and safety standards.
