Crissair, Inc. is seeking a deburr technician to prepare precision aerospace components according to blueprints and work orders. You will deburr using abrasive wheels and hand tools, inspect critical dimensions, and operate drilling and cleaning equipment.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong attention to detail. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a collaborative aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; basic math and reasoning required.
• Basic Windows skills; familiarity with ERP/Inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Deburr metal parts per blueprint and work order instructions.
• Use abrasive wheels, rotary tools, and hand scraping devices.
• Inspect dimensions to blueprint specs; check critical dimensions ±0.0002.
• Operate drill presses and cleaning processes.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Seek lean process improvements.
