Responsibilities include deburring, hand-finishing, and ensuring parts meet blueprint specs, while participating in continuous improvement and cross-functional shop-floor activities. The role emphasizes meticulous documentation and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring and hand-finishing precision parts to customer specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Proficiency in coordinating daily production activities including scheduling and status updates.

Responsabilités

• Deburr and hand-finish parts to customer specifications using established procedures, machines, and tooling.
• Verify parts meet blueprint requirements and remain undamaged through processing.
• Participate in planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support cross-functional operations as needed.
