Job summary

nTop is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer with a strong background in aircraft conceptual or preliminary design to join our Field Solutions Engineering team. This remote role will own the end-to-end learning experience for customers, developing curriculum, delivering training virtually and onsite, and partnering with Product to ensure enablement content reflects the latest features and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (Bachelors or Masters).
• 3+ years of industry experience; highly relevant doctoral degrees acceptable.
• Experience learning new technical software quickly; exposure to nTop/parametric CAD helpful.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver structured training programs for customers (virtual and onsite).
• Design role-based learning paths and curriculums for customer personas.
• Translate capabilities into accessible learning content and keep materials updated.
