nTop is seeking a Field Solutions Engineer to join their remote Field Engineering team. The role focuses on developing and delivering training programs for customers, ensuring they maximize product capabilities. You will create tailored curriculum and adapt training for varying skill levels while collaborating with the Product team to keep content updated.

Candidates should hold a relevant degree and have 3–5 years of experience in aerospace or mechanical engineering. Strong communication skills and experience with CAD tools are essential. Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $180,000 annually including equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial experience in aerospace and defense.
• Hands-on experience in design, analysis, or product development.
• Experience with FEA or CFD tools.
