Job summary

ScanMaster Systems (IRT) seeks an on-site Field Service Engineer to install, calibrate, test, and service multi-disciplinary ultrasound systems for a major aerospace customer. The role includes on-site and occasional international travel, with training opportunities at ScanMaster's HQ in Israel.

Candidates should have a related associate degree, 3–5 years of technical experience, and be a US citizen with a passport. Relocation to Greenville, SC, is available with assistance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with passport; eligibility to travel.
• Associate degree or vocational cert in Engineering preferred.
• 3–5 years of technical/mechanical experience; aerospace experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to South Carolina; relocation assistance available.
• On-the-job training will be provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, calibration, and testing of equipment and multi-disciplinary systems.
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure long-term reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to customers (end-users and agents).
• Conduct metrology measurements using 3D laser and granite block; assist with UT electronics calibration.
• Maintain documentation of service activities and parts used; communicate status to customers.
• Serve as primary technical POC and handle customer communications including billing.
