Job summary

PCC Fasteners in Irvine, CA is seeking a Level One Assembly Operator to safely assemble fastener components. You will work under supervision, follow written instructions, and use basic measurement tools to ensure each piece meets specifications.

The role requires 0-1 years of experience, a GED or high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Shift is 2nd, Monday–Friday, with extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic shop math, fractions and decimals.
• Ability to use micrometer, caliper and optical comparator.
• Ability to interpret basic drawing dimensions.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work safely under PPE and functional safety guidelines.
• Assemble components using hydraulic press or other equipment per written instructions.
• Perform marking and identification operations per written instructions.
• Use inspection gauges to measure dimensions.
• Read and interpret part drawings in English.
• Assist with dimensions inspection activities as needed.
• Organize workload.
