Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Irvine, CA is seeking Level One assembly operators for a 2nd shift to safely assemble fastener components, read drawings, and perform inspections. Training covers basic shop math, print reading, micrometer/caliper use, and ensuring quality.

Headquartered in Irvine, CA, Shur‑Lok manufactures fastening systems with superior locking devices for critical requirements including engine module assembly, structural assembly, rotor blade attachment, and aircraft engine shaft and spindle applications. Operations at the Irvine location include CNC Machining, CNC Waterjet Cutting, Laser Marking, Heat Treating, NDT, and EDM.
Level One: Level one assembly operators work under direct supervision to interpret basic work instructions and safely operate/attend basic 2‑5 component assembly machines to assemble a single fastener component. Level one will demonstrate competencies in basic shop math, basic print reading, mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of assembly components, including form and function, and lube function for performance.
Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday (2:15pm – 10:45pm) with extended hours and weekend shifts as needed.
Benefits: For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $19.50 to $29.50 U.S. Dollar (USD) hourly based on a variety of factors. The role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at a quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees receive 80 hours paid time off every year, 10 paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, and can enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
