Overview

Fastener assembly operators work and safely operate/attend basic 2-5 component assembly machines to assemble a single fastener component. They demonstrate competencies in basic shop math, basic print reading, and mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of assembly components, including form and function, and lube function for performance.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
• Basic loading/unloading product (delivering product).
• In-process inspection
• Visual management of machine
• Production paperwork/operation audit
