Job summary

PCC Fasteners in Irvine seeks a Level Two Machinist to operate 2- to 5-axis CNC/Automated cells or standalone machines. You will perform basic setup, fixture and tool preparation, and load CNC programs and offsets.

You will read prints, apply basic dimensional specs to inspection, and work in CNC, Turning, or Screw Machine areas. Typical 2–4 years of experience; GED or HS diploma preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Typically 2-4 years of experience in level one machining duties before promotion or hire.
• Basic competencies in reading prints and applying basic dimensional specs to inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic setup operations, including fixtures, cutting tools, and CNC programs.
• Maintain product quality by monitoring and adjusting CNC offsets.
• Perform inspection tasks of intermediate complexity using drawings and advanced inspection tools.
• Meet production demands.
• Run production on multiple machines at once.
