Pall Aerospace Quality Assurance is seeking a Quality Inspector II to verify finished parts and in-process inspections against drawings and POs in a fast-paced environment. Located onsite in New Port Richey, FL, the role requires two years of aerospace/ISO9001/AS9100 inspection experience, proficiency with gaging and CMMs, and the ability to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years aerospace/ISO9001/AS9100 inspection experience.
• Ability to read complex engineering drawings and blue-prints.
• Proficient with precision inspection tools and ERP systems like SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Perform final dimensional and visual inspections for all value streams and Receiving Inspection.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure drawings, documentation and customer requirements; inspect complex machined parts and sub-assemblies using CMM, micrometers, calipers, and related equipment.
• Participate in Quality Problem Resolution and work with the Quality Engineer to implement Corrective Actions.
