Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking candidates for the Factory Test team at our Long Beach, CA headquarters. You will assemble, calibrate, and inspect aerospace systems, own portions of projects, and contribute to debugging and test activities.

You will lead smaller tasks, share feedback, and ensure tests are well-documented to support rapid development. Join a team that values collaboration across disciplines and a hands-on approach to building the TerranR program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in aerospace testing, fabrication or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and independent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, calibration, and inspection of aerospace systems and components.
• Take ownership of assigned portions of team projects to ensure completion.
• Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and testing with minimal supervision.
• Lead smaller tasks or sub-projects within the team.
• Provide feedback to colleagues to improve quality and efficiency.
• Ensure test results are documented and reports completed promptly.
