Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Malden, MA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to support the manufacturing of precision aircraft engine components. You will join a skilled team focused on keeping all plant equipment running smoothly, completing routine and urgent maintenance, and contributing to a culture of safety and reliability.

The role requires 4+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
4+ years of maintenance mechanic experience or related field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must meet ITAR/EAR requirements.

Responsibilities

Installs, services and maintains the operating condition of all the facilities equipment.
Determines the reasons for equipment failure.
Makes routine, periodic or special inspections to determine the necessity of the repair and maintenance of the plant machinery and equipment.
Uses manufacturer drawings and specifications to facilitate internal repairs of less than major repairs.
Acts as subject matter expert and shares knowledge willingly with other employees.
Assists with training other employees and fosters a team environment.
