Job summary

Aerostructures Division is hiring a Facilities and Tool Database Manager in Mason, OH. This on-site role supports safe, efficient manufacturing by maintaining the tooling database, coordinating tooling components, and managing day-to-day facility needs to keep production readiness high.

The position requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent, aerospace manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Excel and TDM software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience in an aerostructures or aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, maintenance activities, and internal resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to understand technical documentation, tooling information, drawings, and manufacturing requirements.
• Strong communication and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering tool database within TDM software; ensuring all standards are maintained.
• Coordinate tool library, tooling components with programmers and AE teams.
• Develop and verify tooling build parameters; manage tool verification programs.
• Create inspection routines in the Zoller system and test tooling against specs.
• Collaborate with IMC and other vendors to develop new tools and track progress.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues in Catia and Vericut.
• Maintain tool storage, tooling inventory, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to minimize production disruption.
