Enjet Aero is hiring a Facilities Technician in Manchester, CT. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining shop equipment, troubleshooting, and coordinating with vendors to keep a safe, compliant facility.

You will perform TPM tasks, coolant maintenance, and basic electrical/plumbing/mechanical work while supporting the safety team. Join a growing aerospace manufacturer with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Basic electrical knowledge (120V, 220V; 480V a plus).
• Light plumbing including copper, steel, PVC repairs.
• Ability to perform minor machine repairs and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across systems.
• Operate forklift safely and follow procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate a shop floor.
• Adhere to safety rules and use PPE at all times.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in all tasks.
• Collaborate with peers and report issues promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of shop equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; coordinate with service vendors as needed.
• Support safety team with compliance projects and TPM tasks.
• Maintain TPM records, coolant and oil levels, and filters.
• Inspect and service machines; keep records up to date.
• Communicate effectively with machine operators and teammates.
