Electro-Methods, a Stronvar Aerospace company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building systems and facility equipment in our South Windsor, CT facility. You will help maintain uptime, comply with safety and quality standards, and assist with audits, with a focus on preventive maintenance and documentation. The role requires 3+ years of experience in manufacturing environments and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years facilities maintenance in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and work instructions.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Support manufacturing with minor equipment moves and utility connections.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA/fire code compliance and safety programs.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers on site.
• Maintain maintenance records and support CMMS documentation.
