Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programming, inspection, and repairs of plant equipment.
• Test and calibrate electrical and mechanical systems.
• Direct operations for heat, power, and electricity to the facility.
• Develop strategies and plans for maintenance and capital projects.
• Evaluate subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable terms.
• Provide training to staff.
• Review preventive maintenance work and report results.
• Research improvements for planned enhancements.
• Assist engineers in controlling subsystems for fire detection.
