Job summary

RAM Aerospace's St. George facility is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Project Administrator to organize capital and facilities improvement projects, tracking timelines, costs, and deliverables while coordinating with the Director of Facilities and multiple teams to ensure compliant, audit-ready results.

You will maintain documentation, manage scopes and budgets, support permitting and vendor communication, and help turn plans into on-time project completion, with opportunities to grow into

Qualifications

• Legal: Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• ITAR: Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (Green Card) or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities administration, or construction administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across Maintenance, EHS, Operations, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, scopes of work, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track capital and facilities improvement projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including scopes, schedules, budgets, change orders, and close-out packages.
• Act as the secondary point of contact for contractors, vendors, and internal departments on project matters.
• Update the FMX CMMS with assets and maintenance data; assist in capital budget planning and reporting.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, turnover, and hand-over processes with Maintenance, EHS, and Operations.
