Job summary

RAM Aerospace in St. George, UT is seeking a Facilities Project Administrator to keep capital and facilities improvement projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.

You will work closely with the Director of Facilities and coordinate with Maintenance, EHS, Operations, and external contractors to translate plans into compliant, audit-ready results. Qualifications

• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening.
• ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible resident per ITAR.
• 1–3+ years in project coordination, facilities administration, or construction administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and track capital and facilities improvement projects from initiation through completion.
• Prepare and maintain scopes, schedules, budgets, change orders, and close-out packages.
• Act as secondary contact for contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
• Update the FMX CMMS with assets and maintenance data; support budget planning and reporting.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, turnover, and production-impact scheduling.
