Job summary

RAM Aerospace in St. George, UT, is seeking a dependable Janitorial Team Member to maintain the high‑tech facility, labs, and offices in a clean, safe condition.

You will perform floor care, waste management, surface cleaning, and general upkeep, supporting safety compliance and event setup. Prior janitorial experience is preferred, and the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy facility.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to cleaning protocols.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit for long periods.
• Prior janitorial or professional cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Floor care: mopping, sweeping, and maintaining clean floors.
• Waste management: empty trash and keep areas tidy.
• Fixture maintenance: clean and polish furniture and equipment.
• Surface cleaning: clean windows, glass, mirrors, dust surfaces.
• Area servicing: clean offices, labs, conference rooms, and common spaces.
• Safety & compliance: follow safety protocols and handle spills properly.
• Event preparation: set up rooms, labs, and spaces as needed.
• Exterior upkeep: clean walkways and parking areas.
• Operational support: assist with other facility tasks as required.
