Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 4 years supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must read and comprehend American English.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the facility to identify maintenance issues.
• Supervise maintenance employees and coordinate daily tasks.
• Coordinate and inspect work orders, schedules, and contractor activities.
• Maintain electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and related equipment.
• Ensure adherence to safety requirements and continuous improvement.
