Job summary

Sonaca North America is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment in a manufacturing setting. The role includes supervising maintenance staff, coordinating preventive programs, and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

The position requires 4+ years of supervisor experience in manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage budgets and contractor work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to read and comprehend American English.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems using structured methods.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and preventive programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance issues.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Oversee safety, quality, and uptime targets for the plant.
• Plan and track maintenance budgets, purchases, and plans.
• Coordinate with contractors for major projects and upkeep.
