Job summary

ACMT, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance, repair, and facility operations at a high‑standard aerospace site.

The role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted production, coordinating with contractors and internal teams. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in facilities or maintenance with supervisory experience, familiarity with CMMS, and knowledge of aerospace or regulated environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2-year degree or technical cert preferred.
• 5+ years of facilities or maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or other regulated environments preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facilities and maintenance staff, assign work orders, set priorities, and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and security.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, fire codes, aerospace standards).
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Support production and engineering teams for facility needs and special projects.
