Job summary

Royell Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Facilities and Machine Maintenance Technician II to perform cleaning, inspection, adjustments, and repairs of CNC equipment and support machinery, and to maintain building systems.

You will diagnose machine errors, keep detailed records, and assist in installing new processes. Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and low-voltage electrical is required; forklift operation is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics and low-voltage electrical.
• Forklift operation certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on CNC equipment and support machinery, including disassembly, cleaning, inspection and adjustment.
• Diagnose machine errors and report status to management with tests and measurements.
• Maintain equipment condition records and ensure repairs follow manufacturer guidance.
• Operate forklift safely and assist in installation or modification of equipment using blueprints.
