Job summary

The role reports to the Director of Maintenance and is based in Sedalia, MO. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and safety mindset are required, with the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repair skills.
• Proficiency with testing equipment and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machines, manual machines, robotics, and tooling centers.
• Maintain facility equipment including HVAC and compressors.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair machine tool systems.
• Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS and report daily status.
