Job summary

Virgin Galactic is seeking a Senior Export Compliance Manager to lead ITAR/EAR compliance, manage license workflows, and advise on OFAC and FCPA issues. Based in Tustin, CA, this role requires in-office presence four days a week and collaboration with legal, security, and internal stakeholders.

You will draft and submit export authorizations, coordinate with government agencies, train staff, and develop company-wide export controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in export compliance for aerospace
• Expert knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC and FCPA
• Experience drafting and submitting export authorizations

Responsibilities

• Advise on ITAR/EAR compliance and manage export-controlled material
• Lead licensing processes including permanent/temporary licenses
• Prepare and submit authorization applications and manage approvals
• Develop and implement company-wide export controls and training
• Interact with government agencies and act as Empowered Official when required
• Train VG employees on EAR/ITAR policies
