Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar is seeking an Estimator/Planner in Monroe, WA to create cost estimates and manufacturing plans for precision CNC machined parts. You will maintain BOMs and ERP manufacturing plans while translating customer requirements into actionable plans.

Requirements include an Associate degree or higher, 2 years in estimating/planning, strong Excel skills, CAD experience (CATIA), and familiarity with Epicor Kinetic ERP. Travel between facilities may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Associates degree or higher required.
• 2 years experience in estimating and/or planning.
• Strong MS Excel skills; CAD software experience (CATIA) required.
• Background in machining, sheet metal, or complex assemblies.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic or equivalent).

Aufgaben

• Analyze customer orders/drawings/specifications to determine manufacturing requirements.
• Review incoming bid opportunities to determine scope and alignment with capabilities.
• Estimate manufacturing times and tooling costs; obtain quotes for materials and outside processes; determine economical lot size.
• Create manufacturing plans in ERP capturing all material, production, and inspection requirements.
• Identify non-recurring expenses related to onboarding or changes to a part.
• Maintain manufacturing plan revision control to meet latest engineering requirements.
• Understand ERP data needs for downstream processes and keep data up to date.
• Other duties as assigned.
